Mobilise IT provides website design, hosting, SEO, and maintenance services. Details of specific services are outlined in the service plans available on our website.
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via [payment methods]. Quotes are based on time and materials, and additional work will be billed accordingly.
3. Website Ownership
Ownership of the website, its design, and all associated intellectual property remains with Mobilise IT, and is granted to the client for use under the terms of this agreement, provided full payment has been made.

The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, including images, text, and other content, in a timely manner. The client is also responsible for ensuring that the content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Changes and Updates
After the website is live, any further changes or updates will be subject to a Statement of Work (SOW) and a quote based on our time and materials pricing. If you are on a maintenance plan, you are entitled to two code changes per month as part of the plan.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
We do not offer refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time without notice; however, please note that your website will be removed immediately upon cancellation..
8. Liability
mobiliseIT is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services provided.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website.
